Festival season has arrived! We spent yesterday sipping beer samples with 500 of our closest friends at the Breck Beer Fest. Located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, the festival featured over 30 breweries from across the USofA. The weather forecast called for rain, but the sun gods prevailed and we were blessed with a bluebird day with temps hovering right around 45°–downright balmy! Some of the day’s front runners were, in no particular order…
- Nitro Milk Stout, Left Hand Brewing Co.
- Double Black IPA, Alaskan Brewing Co.
- Hibernal Vinifera Stout, SKA Brewing
- IPA, Odell Brewing
- Koko Brown, Kona Brewery
Great way to spend one of the last weekends of the season…now on to Slush Cup, Keystone’s closing day celebration!
